Greek salad / Sałatka grecka

I truly love winter, with all of those cozy reindeer sweaters, woolen socks, evenings spent on watching "Love Actually" and "The Holiday", with a cup of hot cocoa by your side. It is even better when wonderful, huge snowflakes start falling outside the windows. I have to admit, that even then, I sometimes feel the longing for a bit of summer in winter. That is when I prepare a total classic summer dish - a Greek salad, which reminds me of sun, heat, beach and that soothing sound of Mediterranean waves.

7.Peel off sweet potatoes.
8.Cut the potatoes into halves, then into 3-4 pieces lengthwise. Put them onto a baking sheet.
9.Sprinkle the potatoes with thyme, salt and pepper. Bake for around 25 min in 180 degrees.

Put everything onto a plate, you can also decorate it with some parsley tops.

Bon appétit!

7. Obierz bataty.
8. Przekrój na połowy, następnie na 3-4 kawałki wzdłuż. Ułóż na blasze zabezpieczonej papierem do pieczenia.
9. Posyp ziemniaki tymiankiem, pieprzem i solą. Piecz przez ok. 25 min w 180 stopniach.
